Meet John Lawrence, Middays on Froggy 107.1

Mon-Fri 10A-2P Saturdays 7P to Midnight

I started working on 107.1 back in 1989. It was called I-107 back then. Instead of Kenny Chesney or Tim McGraw, we were playing Michael Bolton and Celine Dion. Times have changed and I’ve picked up a few more grey hairs, but it sure beats work! I’m a big sports fan, especially hockey. I enjoy going to the occasional Adirondack Phantoms game at the Civic Center, but most nights during the winter I’m watching the NY Rangers on the NHL Center Ice Package. I have three cats, Sammy, Coco and Milkshake. They’re all awesome! Other than that, I enjoy the Big Bang Theory, and Ghosthunters on the SYFY channel.
