Froggy 100.3 Teams up with Nemer Ford and Nemer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram all year long to support our Friends at Operation Adopt a Soldier!!

Since 2008, Froggy 100.3 has supported the ongoing efforts of Operation Adopt a Soldier. We have teamed up with Nemer Ford and Nemer Chrysler Dodge Jeep, who have matched up to $10,000 since the beginning.

In 2009, Froggy 100.3 began hosting an annual event known as Froggy's Family Fun Day to benefit Operation Adopt a Soldier.  We teamed up with NEMER Ford for our very first event in July that year and it was held on Quaker Rd in Queensbury.  The staff from NEMER got hands on at the event and even sold BBQ Hot Dogs and Sodas, donating all of the proceeds that day to Operation Adopt A Soldier.

In July of 2010 we brought the event to Rainer's Gourmet in Hudson Falls, and it was bigger than the year before.  Offering usage of the driving range at Kingswood Golf Course, as well as additional room for parking and vendors.  Again, NEMER was proud to team up with us for the event, and it was a success!

In 2011 we hosted the event on September 11th again at Rainer's Gourmet in Hudson Falls.  This was the largest Froggy Family Fun Day yet!  The Kingsbury Vol. Fire Department also was in attendance, as well as the Shriners organization and VETS 4 VETS.  Again NEMER was our sponsor and supporter of the event.  The NEMER Ford Dealership donated prizes for our basket raffles as well as helped provide us with a preview of the Best Ford Models for 2012.

In 2012 we made a month long push starting November 23rd through December 21st to bring Christmas to our troops. Nemer Ford & Nemer Chrysler Jeep Dodge once again matched $10,000 and we had a guitar autographed by country super stars Jason Aldean, Zac Brown Band, Alan Jackson amongst others which was auctioned off for $620! By Friday December 21st with Nemers match we raised $21,631.05!!!

And It is our pleasure to now announce that this year's Santa for a Soldier campaign begain November 25th and continued til December 20th.  This year Nemer Ford & Nemer Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram teamed up and collected care package items for our troops in their showrooms and made the promise of their annual $10,000 match to Operation Adopt a Soldier, if the community would also donate $10,000.  Thank  you so much for your support... our total for donations this year was $13,459.00  and with the $10,000 from NEMER... thats a total of $23,459.00 for 2013!!  THANK YOU!
